Adhesive Safety Review

Our patch adhesive is safe and has been thoroughly tested. It is the same medical-grade formulation that has been used in FDA-approved skin applications since the 1970s, with a long history of safe use.

  • Dermatologist Tested: Our patches have undergone third-party human safety testing (HRIPT), commonly used in the personal care industry. Results showed no significant skin irritation or allergic reactions in test subjects.
  • Low Risk of Irritation: In a clinical study, only 2 out of 214 participants experienced minor redness. As with all topical adhesives, a small percentage of users (2–3%) may experience some skin sensitivity.
  • Proven by Customers: Many of our partners have tested their finished patch formulas with similarly positive results.

While we take every measure to ensure skin safety, individual reactions can vary. We recommend applying patches only to clean, dry, unbroken skin and avoiding use if there’s a known skin sensitivity. Environmental factors such as dry skin, humidity, or other skin products may also increase the chance of irritation.
